Refurbished in 2013, Genting Casino Renshaw Street offers a range of decent games in a modern, relaxed and friendly environment.

The gaming floor consists of five American Roulette tables, two Blackjack tables, 1 Baccarat table and a single table of Three Card Poker.

In terms of stakes, the minimums and maximums depend on which table you visit.

Bets on American Roulette vary from as little as £1 up to a maximum of £100. The Blackjack tables have stakes ranging from £2 – £500 (plus the big cash Blackjack Aces side bet is just £1), whilst the Three Card Poker tables have minimums of £2 and maximums of £50. Finally, the Baccarat table offers the highest stakes, £5 minimum and £3000 maximum.

The Liverpool based casino boasts £10,000 jackpot slots along with 19 Sabre Multi-Win Roulette terminals. The roulette terminals are equipped with 26-inch screens and are hooked up to both the auto wheel and live tables. They also feature electronic versions of Baccarat and 3-5 multi-win poker.

Poker fans are going to be disappointed as there are no poker tables at the casino. This means no cash games or tournaments, the only variant playable here is 3 Card Poker. In place of the poker room, players will find a dedicated Mah Jong room with seating for 32 players.

Bar & Restaurant

A new addition to the casino as part of the refurbishment is the Hou Mei restaurant which serves authentic Chinese food every night. Two courses only cost £6 which is fantastic value.

The restaurant is open from 6 pm to 2 am on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and from 10 pm – 1 am on Wednesday and Sunday. If you fancy eating at any other time you can visit the bar where you can enjoy a snack or meal from the All Day menu.

Talking of the bar, it is located close enough to the action that you can quickly grab a drink, but far enough away that you can take a complete break from gambling if you wish.

They have a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and champagne, plus as previously mentioned you can enjoy snacks from the All Day menu such as curries, burgers, pizza and pasta which are available from midday until 5 am.

They have multiple screens and comfy seating around the bar area, plus there are 7 screens on the walls of the gaming floor so you can keep an eye on the action whilst you play.

Parking & Transport

The casino has its own small car park which provides free parking exclusively for customers. They have 16 spaces in total and the car park is accessible via Benson Street.

In terms of public transport, the 82 and TX1A buses stop directly outside the venue. In addition, all 3 of Liverpool’s main train stations (James Street, Lime Street and Liverpool Central) are within 1 mile of the casino, the closest being Liverpool Central which is less than a 5-minute walk from the main entrance.

Dress Code, Membership & ID

The dress code at Genting Casino Renshaw Street is smart casual. Registration is not required and anyone over the age of 18 is more than welcome. Please note that photo ID will be required if you appear to be under 21.
