Gaming Floor
Alea Glasgow is the largest casino in Scotland, boasting two impressive gaming floors, a dedicated poker lounge, 2 enticing bars and a waterfront restaurant. The venue is owned by Caesars Entertainment, the same company who owns the likes of Caesars Palace and the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas.
The ground floor is home to 17 live tables where you can test your luck on a variety of games including American Roulette (£1 – £200), Blackjack (£2 – £1000), Punto Banco (£10 – £2000), Three Card Poker (£2 – £500) and Pai Gow.
If you fancy some modern gaming just take the marble staircase or glass lift up to the first floor where you will find an array of electronic machines and slots to play on. There are 30 roulette terminals, all of which are progressive and linked to the auto wheel and 3 live tables.
If Pharoah’s Fortune, Cleopatra, Lucky Larry’s Lobstermania and other top slots are more your thing there is also a choice of 20 slot machines to play on, some of which offer incredible progressive jackpots of up to £20,000!
Poker
Alea Glasgow hosts a variety of cash games and tournament to suit all skill levels in their dedicated poker lounge which has amazing views over the River Clyde, along with tv screens to ensure you don’t miss the latest sporting action, plus there is a waitress service too!
£1/£2 Texas Hold’em cash games are played from 7 pm daily (subject to availability) plus you can also enjoy Omaha Pot Limit from 5:30 pm until close. Other games and higher stakes are available upon request.
Tournaments currently take place 6 nights a week starting at 8 pm (3 pm on Sunday). Registration opens at 7 pm (2 pm on Sunday), and early birds will receive a 5K bonus on all tournaments.

Bar & Restaurant
You can enjoy stunning views across the river Clyde whilst dining in the Waterfront restaurant. Menu prices are a little higher than in other nearby casino’s (£14.95 for two courses, or £19.95 for three courses), but the food is delicious and the views are unrivalled so you certainly get what you pay for.
The likes of Smooth Chicken Liver Parfait, Fishcakes, and Soup of the Day for available for starters. Mains include Seared Sea Bass Fillet, Chicken Milanese Style, 8oz Scottish Rib Eye and Sun Blushed Tomato Risotto. For dessert, you are spoilt for choice with options including Sticky Toffee Pudding, Eton Mess and White Chocolate and Rasberry Cheesecake.
In addition to the restaurant, you will find two fully stocked bars at the venue. As the name suggests The Long Bar features a luxurious 10-meter bar where you can relax in a stylish environment whilst enjoying performances from the resident pianist.
Sports fans, on the other hand, will want to head over to the Sports bar which is licensed throughout the night. Not only can you watch the action in HD on the wall of TV screens, but you can challenge your friends to a game of pool, darts, or table football too!

Parking & Transport
Situated in Springfield Quay just off of the A8, Alea Glasgow is the only casino South of the River Clyde. Free parking is available at the leisure complex which is shared with the likes of Mecca Bingo, Hollywood Bowl Glasgow, Nando’s, Harvester and the Odeon Cinema.
If you plan on arriving via public transport you will be pleased to know that most major bus routes including the SimpliCity 4, 9A and 10 service Houston Place and Watt Street which are just feet from the main entrance.
Dress Code, Membership & ID
The dress code is smart casual. There is an open door policy so no membership is required however, you must be aged 18 or over in order to enter the casino. If you wish to join the Total Rewards programme or look under the age of 25 you must remember to bring photo ID.
