Opening Times

Gaming Floor

The first gaming area you will notice is a large arcade zone that is just over to your right hand side after walking through reception. It is packed with 22 slots that include the popular Fort Knox machines along with banks of Super Gaminators. 18 electronic roulette terminals can also be found overlooking the live action in the centre of the room.

When it comes to the tables there are multiple games of Blackjack and American Roulette on offer. Toward the far side of the gambling floor you will notice the luxurious “Gold Room”. This is a private room for players who wish to play higher stakes games which can also be hired out for exclusive or corporate events.

Poker

The dedicated 10 table card room offers scheduled tournaments throughout the week as well as one-off special competitions. In addition, cash games such as Texas Hold’em can be played 24/7 and the room even has its own bar!

Bar and Restaurant

The Grosvenor Grill is located close to the entrance away from the gaming floor and combines great service with a fantastic menu. In partnership with Absurd Bird, Field & Fin, Barrel & Stone and Holy Cow you will be able to enjoy grilled meats, the finest fish, stone-baked pizzas and authentic Indian food.

If you are just after a small bite from the bar menu or want to take a break from the gambling floor then head to the glamorous bar. You can’t miss it with its purple mood lighting!

Promotions, Events and Entertainment

The stylish show bar has been a huge hit since it opened and allows guests to get up close to some brilliant performances whilst enjoying a drink or two.

Tribute bands and comedians are the most common guests but all kinds of events take place here including psychic fairs theatrical shows.

Parking & Transport

G Casino Reading South is easy to reach as it is located just off of the A33. Guests can park for free on the premises and buses service the nearby area.

Dress Code, Membership & ID

The dress code is smart casual. ID is only required on your first visit in order to sign up for your free membership which is required in order to play.

What’s Nearby?

There isn’t much in the near vicinity other than a small retail park and a number of car dealerships. Take a short trip into town however and you will find Broad Street Mall and The Oracle, two large shopping centres packed with high street shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a lively night scene to enjoy with over 40 bars and clubs including jazz and comedy venues.
